I lead global Aftersales services in the My BMW / MINI Apps, including online service appointments, Roadside Assistance and vehicle service and status functions. The role covers international rollout of backend and digital services across differing technical architectures, backend systems and regulatory requirements.

I shape roadmap and prioritisation through feasibility, effort and trade-off assessments, balancing business value, technical feasibility and delivery capacity.

Delivery requires continuous alignment across product, engineering, architecture, security, legal, data privacy and international markets. The scope includes cross-system dependencies, international rollout and reliable live operations.

I provide functional, cross-functional leadership across internal and external delivery teams. This is functional leadership rather than disciplinary line management. I align risks, status and decisions with senior stakeholders.
